You cannot take incoming calls properly.
- Because Bluetooth connections disconnect in the water, you cannot take calls.
- A Bluetooth connection may not have been made. Check that the pairing for making a Bluetooth connection is completed and the smartphone is connected to the device.
- Make sure that the device is turned on.
- The device cannot receive calls while it is connected to a computer.
