Transferring a single image from the playback screen

By assigning the [FTP Trans. (This Img.)] function to the desired custom key, you can transfer the image to the FTP server simply by pressing that key at the playback screen. Set MENU → (Network) → [FTP Transfer] → [FTP Transfer Func.] → [FTP Function] to [On] in advance.

  1. MENU → (Setup) → [Operation Customize] → [Custom Key Setting] → Set the [FTP Trans. (This Img.)] or [FTP Trans. (This Img.)] function to the desired key.
    • FTP Trans. (This Img.): Even if there are other images being transferred, the one image will be transferred with priority.
    • FTP Trans. (This Img.): If there are other images being transferred, the one image will be transferred after the reserved transfers are completed.
  2. Display the image to be transferred and press the key to which the [FTP Trans. (This Img.)] or [FTP Trans. (This Img.)] function was assigned.

Hint

  • You can also transfer a single image during playback using the function menu.
  • You can also cancel the transfer of one image to be transferred by displaying the image and performing [FTP Trans. (This Img.)] * registered to a custom key or in the function menu (if the camera’s system software (firmware) is Ver.4.00 or later).

    *If the image is scheduled for priority transfer, perform [FTP Trans. (This Img.)].

Note

  • You cannot transfer the following images.
    • Group view images
    • Images not registered in the image database.
