Setting the screen off timer
You can set the waiting time for turning off the screen when there are no operations during the specified waiting time.
- From the Home menu, select
[Settings]. - Select [Common Settings] - [Screen Off Timer]- desired setting.
Note
- The screen does not turn off in the following situations:
- While playing or deleting videos or video podcasts
- While playing songs in the playback screen with [Display Lyrics] set to [On (Screen Always On)] for music
- While playing songs in the playback screen with [Dance/Karaoke/Language] set to [Maximum Karaoke Mode] or [Minimum Karaoke Mode] for music
- While scanning FM radio broadcast stations
- While auto presetting FM radio broadcast stations
- While creating or restoring databases
- While the alarm is going off
- The screen darkens but does not turn off in the following situations:
- While transferring data via a USB connection
