There is no sound.

  • Check whether the volume level is set to zero.

  • Check whether the headphone plug is inserted firmly in the headphone jack. Sound will be impaired if the headphones are not connected properly. Insert the headphone plug until it clicks into place.

  • If the headphone plug is dirty, wipe it clean with a soft dry cloth.

  • If the problem still persists after performing the remedies above, use a pen or paper clip, etc. to press the RESET button and reset your Walkman.
