Moderating the differences in volume level between songs
You can moderate the volume between songs to minimize the differences in volume level (Dynamic Normalizer). You can use this setting to prevent the volume of certain songs from being too high or too low when shuffling songs from multiple albums with different recording levels.

While stopped, press and hold the
button (
) while pressing the VOLUME - button (
) until the OPR lamp (
) lights up in orange.
The OPR lamp () flashes in green three times when the Dynamic Normalizer is turned on.
Hint
- Repeat the above step to turn the Dynamic Normalizer off. The OPR lamp flashes in red three times when the Dynamic Normalizer is turned off.
