The Apple CarPlay icon does not appear on the HOME screen.

  • Your iPhone is not compatible with Apple CarPlay.
    • Refer to the manual supplied with your iPhone, or visit the Apple CarPlay website.
  • Disconnect your iPhone from the USB port 1 and reconnect it again.
  • The USB port to which your iPhone is connected is not appropriate.
    • Connect your iPhone to the USB port 1.
  • Apple CarPlay may not be available in your country or region.
  • Make sure a certified Lightning cable is used to connect your iPhone and the unit.
