Cannot control the receiver using a TV SideView device.

  • It may take some time for the receiver to connect to the network after you turn on the receiver. Wait for a few moments, and then try using TV SideView again.
  • It may take some time for TV SideView to find the receiver that is connected to the network.
  • The receiver may have been deleted from the TV SideView device. Delete the TV SideView device from the receiver and then re-register the devices.
  • The TV SideView device may have been deleted from the receiver. Delete the receiver from the TV SideView device and then re-register the receiver.
