Listening to DAB radio
Before listening to DAB (Digital Audio Broadcasting) radio, you need to connect the DAB/FM lead antenna (aerial) (supplied) to the DAB/FM ANTENNA terminal on the system and tune into a DAB/DAB+ station which you want to listen to.
- Connect the DAB/FM lead antenna (aerial) to the DAB/FM ANTENNA terminal on the system.
- Connect the AC power cord (mains lead), and turn on the system by pressing
(power). - Press FUNCTION repeatedly to select [TUNER DAB].
When you use the TUNER DAB function for the first time after purchase or after resetting the system, scanning starts automatically. The scanning progress is indicated as [SCAN***%].
Depending on the DAB/DAB+ stations available in your area, scanning may take a few minutes. After scanning is completed, the system stores all available DAB/DAB+ stations and tunes into the first available station.

If your country or region does not support DAB/DAB+ broadcast, [NoSIGNAL] appears on the display.

- Press TUNING -/+ repeatedly to tune into the station which you want to listen to.

When tuning into a DAB/DAB+ station, it may take a few seconds before you hear any sound.

If the station you tuned into does not broadcast the program at that timing, [OFF-AIR] appears on the display.
