Formatting an external hard disk drive
External hard disk drives connected to EXTRA HDD
(USB) on the rear of the 4K Media Player need to be formatted by following the procedure below.
Switch the input of the TV to the input to which the 4K Media Player is connected first.

to select an item you want, then press 
to confirm.
- Press HOME.
The Home menu appears.
- Select [My 4K Videos].
- Select [Settings].
The Download Settings screen appears.
- Select [Storage Information].
- Select [Start Formatting].
Note
- The 4K Media Player supports up to 4 TB external hard disk drives.
- Some external hard disk drives may not be used.
