The sound is distorted.
- When the audio device is connected to the Input jack (stereo mini) of the headphones, turn down the volume of the connected device.
- Set the equalizer setting of the connected device to off.
- Charge the battery of the headphones if the battery level is low. When you charge the battery, turn the headphones off beforehand.
