Noise is generated.

  • Connect the headphones and the device directly, not via a USB hub or USB cable extension.
  • The USB port of the connected computer may have a problem. Connect the headphones to another USB port of the computer if available.
  • When the audio device is connected to the Input jack (stereo mini) of the headphones, adjust the volume of the connected device and turn up the volume of the headphones.
  • Keep the computer away from the headphones.
  • Restart the audio playback software.
  • Turn off the connected audio device then turn it on again.
  • Noise might occur between the songs because the headphones reproduce an original source authentically with high sound quality. This is not a malfunction.
