The error messages “BRAVIA Smart Stick was unable to connect to your BRAVIA TV via your Wi-Fi network. Please make sure your TV has Internet connection.” are displayed.
- Make sure of the following:
- Your TV is connected to the Internet.
- Your TV and the Smart Stick are connected to the same Wireless LAN router.
