Problems and solutions
- The error message “Update your TV” is displayed.
- The remote control cannot be used to change the input or adjust volume of your TV.
- The error message “This TV is not supported” is displayed.
- There is no picture (screen is dark).
- The Smart Stick cannot connect to the Internet.
- The error messages “BRAVIA Smart Stick was unable to connect to your BRAVIA TV via your Wi-Fi network. Please make sure your TV has Internet connection.” are displayed.
- “BRAVIA TV” or “BRAVIA TV Home” on the All Apps screen cannot be selected.
