Problems and solutions
- The error message “This TV is not supported” is displayed.
- There is no picture (screen is dark).
- The Smart Stick cannot connect to the Internet.
- Your TV cannot be controlled when a Cable/Satellite Box is not connected to the Smart Stick.
- The remote control cannot be used to control the Cable/Satellite Box connected to the Smart Stick.
