Copyright laws forbid the use of video or audio recordings for any purpose other than personal entertainment without the consent of the copyright holder. Please use recordings in accordance with copyright laws and other laws. Sony accepts no responsibility in relation to the use of video or audio recordings. Note that the video or audio recording of some live performances, stage performances, exhibitions etc. may be prohibited even if the purpose of such recording is personal entertainment.

Recorded content not guaranteed

Sony shall assume no responsibility for any accidental or consequential damages or loss of recorded content which may be caused by use or malfunction of the Personal Content Station or memory card.

Backup recommendations

To avoid potential risk of data loss caused by accidental operation or malfunction of the Personal Content Station, we recommend that you save a backup copy of your data.
