Viewing a slideshow on a TV
You can view a slideshow on a TV connected to PCS via an HDMI cable. Both photos and videos are presented in the slideshow sequentially.
- In the List screen, tap the storage icon to select the desired storage device.
For details, see Selecting a storage device.
- Tap the desired image on the List screen to display that image in full screen.
- Tap the
(HDMI output control) icon.
The image is output to the TV. The control screen appears on PCS Manager.
- Tap the
(Slideshow) icon.
The slideshow starts.
- Tap the
(BGM on/off) icon.
Tap the icon to turn on/off the background music.
Images are displayed in date order when the slideshow is started in the playback screen called up from the Date View, and in album order when the slideshow is started in the playback screen called up from the Album View.
The settings for slideshow effects and background music can be set in Slideshow playback settings.
To finish the slideshow, tap the (Slideshow) icon in the control panel once more.
To stop TV output, tap the (HDMI output control) icon in the control panel once more.
Note
- This function cannot be used when you have signed in to PCS in "Read-Only Access" mode.
