No device names are displayed.
- When selecting PCS, if "None" is displayed as the device name of PCS, or no device names are displayed, check the following.
- Make sure that the white illumination LED is lit.
If the illumination LED is off, turn the power of PCS on.
- Make sure that the wireless LAN connection is established.
If connection is not established, try to connect PCS and the device again. For details on the connection method, see Setting up a wireless LAN connection.
- Make sure that the white illumination LED is lit.
- Tap
(Refresh) (Android)/
(Refresh) (iOS) to detect devices.
