The speaker cannot be operated.
- Update the software version of the iPhone/iPod touch/iPad to the latest version.
- Update the software of the speaker to the latest version.
- Make sure another device is not streaming to the AirPlay compatible device at the same time.
- Update the "SongPal" software to the latest version.
