The controller cannot find the speaker. (The controller cannot browse the contents of the speaker.)
- Make sure the wireless router/access point is turned on.
- When the speaker is connected to a Wi-Fi network, place the wireless router/access point and the speaker closer together and perform the setup again.
- Make sure that the controller is connected to the home network.
- Disable the multicast control on the wireless router/access point.
