There is no sound.
- The USB device is not connected correctly. Turn off the speaker, then reconnect the USB device.
- When you listen to music on a computer connected to the USB B port (B), restart the music playback application on the computer. If you change the USB B mode to another mode by tapping the function buttons, the connection between the application on the computer and the speaker may disconnect.
