A USB device is not recognized.
- Turn off the speaker, then reconnect the USB device and turn on the speaker.
- An unsupported USB device is connected. For details on compatible USB devices, refer to the URL in “Compatible USB devices.”
- The USB device does not work properly. Refer to the operating instructions supplied with the USB device for how to deal with this problem.
