Inserting the batteries of the remote control
Insert the two supplied AAA size batteries, side first, matching the polarities of the batteries and battery compartment, as shown below.

- When the speaker receives signals from the remote control, the reaction indicator flashes.
Note
- Incorrect use of the batteries may result in corrosion or leakage. Keep the following in mind.
- Insert the batteries matching the polarities of the batteries and battery compartment.
- Do not use a combination of old and new batteries, or different battery types.
- Do not attempt to charge the batteries.
- If you do not intend to use the remote control for a long period of time, remove the batteries.
- If battery leakage occurs, remove any leaked fluid in the battery compartment, and replace the batteries with new ones.
- Strong light, such as lighting equipment or direct sunlight, may affect remote control operation. The remote control may not work.
- The batteries should be replaced within every 6 months. If you find it difficult to operate the remote control, replace both batteries with new ones.
