You cannot connect with One touch (NFC).
- Make sure that the smartphone supports the NFC function and the NFC function is enabled.
- Unlock the screen lock of the smartphone.
- The operation may not have been completed on the smartphone. Tap the confirmation dialog displayed on the smartphone to complete the operation.
- If your smartphone does not recognize the device, slowly move the smartphone up, down, left, and right while touching the N mark on the smartphone to the N mark on the device.
- If your smartphone or device is inside a clip or case, remove the clip or case.
- The NFC reception sensitivity of the smartphone you use may be insufficient to make a One touch connection (NFC). In this case, pair the device and your smartphone and make a Bluetooth connection.
- One touch connections (NFC) cannot be made while the device is connected to a computer, as the device is inoperable during that time. Disconnect and try again.
