Your device does not operate or the power does not turn on.
- If you transfer a lot of music to your device at once, it will take time to build the database on the device. In such cases, the device may take 10 or more minutes to become operable after disconnecting it from your computer. Throughout this time, intermittent beep sounds will be heard. Wait until beeping has stopped before you operate the device.
- If the device contains condensation, wait a few hours to let the device dry out.
- If the remaining battery power is low or insufficient, charge the battery.
- The device cannot be operated when connected by USB. Disconnect the device from the computer.
- If charging does not solve the problem, reset the device.
