You cannot pair the sensor and your device.
- Make sure that the sensor and the device are not too far away from each other when you perform pairing.
- Press and hold the
button for about seven seconds until the blue light blinks. - Make sure the sensor is on and the battery is charged.
- Cancel the registered pairing configurations, and try again.
