Nothing is displayed on the screen, no response to actions
Try the following.
- If the equipment connected to the monitor is not powered on, turn it on.
- Check that the power cord or the connection cables to other equipment are properly connected.
- Turn off the power by pressing the power button on the back of the monitor. Then, wait a few seconds and press the power button again to turn it back on.
- Disconnect the power cord of the monitor from the outlet, wait about 10 seconds, and then connect the power cord to the outlet.
- Try updating the monitor software. Refer to the “Updating the software” section of this help guide.
