One-touch recording (USB HDD recording models only)

Select within the text to jump to the related settings screen.

USB HDD recording models have [Recording device setup] in [Settings] — [Watching TV].

Note

This function is only available on some models in Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

While viewing the programme to record, press the REC button.
In the displayed screen, set the end time for the recording. To record until the programme ends, select [Default]. To set an arbitrary time length (1 minute to 8 hours), select [User Defined].

To stop recording manually

Press the (Stop) button.
Select [Stop] on the displayed screen.

To change the end time for the recording

Press the (Stop) button.
In the displayed screen, select [Modify] to change the end time for the recording.

Note

For some programmes the recording cannot be stopped by pressing the (Stop) button. To stop recording such a programme, press the ACTION MENU button, then select [ REC stop].
