You cannot find a connected HDMI CEC device.

• Check that your device is CEC-compatible.
• Make sure that CEC is enabled on the CEC-compatible device, and [Settings] — [BRAVIA Settings] — [External inputs] — [HDMI CEC Settings] — [CEC] is set up on the TV.
