Self diagnostics
Check if the TV is working properly.
- Press INPUT or (Input) on the remote control and select [Help]. If [Help] does not exist, select [Edit] and add [Help].
- Select [Status & Diagnostics] — [Self diagnostics].

If the problem persists, try the following.
