Self diagnostics

Check if the TV is working properly.

Press INPUT or (Input) on the remote control and select [Help]. If [Help] does not exist, select [Edit] and add [Help].
Select [Status & Diagnostics] — [Self diagnostics].

If the problem persists, try the following.

Reset (restart) the TV. For details, refer to If a full reset (restart) of the TV is required.
