Watching Blu-ray and DVD discs

You can watch content from Blu-ray/DVD discs or other content supported by your player on the TV.

  1. Turn on the connected Blu-ray/DVD player.
  2. Press the INPUT or (Input) button repeatedly to select the connected Blu-ray/DVD player.
  3. Start playback on the connected Blu-ray/DVD player.

Hint

  • If you connect a BRAVIA Sync-compatible device with an HDMI connection, you can operate it by simply using the TV’s remote control. To operate the BRAVIA Sync device from the TV screen. Press the INPUT or (Input) button on the remote control while watching content from the HDMI input, press the (Up) button on the remote control, and select [Control menu]. (You can also display the operation menu by pressing the DISPLAY button on the remote control.)
