Upper buttons on the remote control

The included remote control, as well as the layout of the buttons, the button names and the button icons, vary depending on your model/country/region.

At the top right corner of the remote control, there is a POWER button. The POWER button turns the TV on or switches to standby/networked standby mode. Below the POWER button is a row of three round shapes. Starting from the left, these are the TV button, microphone LED, and Quick Settings button. The TV button switches to a TV channel or input and displays the TV menu. The microphone LED illuminates when the microphone built onto the remote control is active. The Quick Settings button displays a set of controls to preset picture, sound, etc.. In the next row, the three shapes from the left are the Input button, the microphone, and the Control menu button. The Input button displays and selects the input source, etc.. The microphone has a tiny rounded rectangular shape. The Control menu button displays a menu on the TV to use button functions that are not on the remote control. Below this row, there is a round navigation pad which has four tactile bumps, used for navigating up, down, left and right. At the center is the Enter button which is the raised bump. Below the ring, there are two round buttons. Starting from the left, these are the Back and Home buttons. The Back button returns you to the previous screen. The Home button displays the home menu of the TV. Below these buttons, there is a long Volume button on the left. Press the upper part of the Volume button to increase the volume. Press the lower part of the same button to decrease the volume. On the right side, there is a long Channel button, with a tactile dot on the upper part. Press the upper part of the Channel button to increase the channel number or press the lower part of the same button to decrease the channel number. Between these two buttons, there is a round Google Assistant/Microphone button on the top, and Mute button on the bottom. The Google Assistant/Microphone button is used for the Google Assistant and other voice features such as voice search. When using voice commands, speak into the microphone below the microphone LED. Use the Mute button to mute the sound. Press again to restore the sound. The accessibility shortcut service can also be turned on or off by pressing and holding this button. On the row below are three round buttons. Starting from the left, these are the Dashboard, Play/Pause and Guide buttons. Use the Dashboard button to display the dashboard. There is a tactile dot on the Play/Pause button. Use this button to control your content. The Guide button displays the digital program guide for the TV or Cable/Satellite box. Below are three rows of two rectangular buttons. On the first row, starting from the left, these are the Crunchyroll button and NETFLIX button. On the middle row, the left button is the Disney+ button and beside it is the Prime Video button. On the last row, the left button is the YouTube button and beside it is the YouTube Music button. Depending on your region/country or TV model, these services may not be available.
(Power)
Turns on or switches to standby/networked standby mode.
TV
Switch to a TV channel or input and display the TV menu. For details, refer to the Selecting inputs page.
(MIC)

(Quick Settings)

(Input)

MENU (Control menu)
Display the Control menu.
(Up) / (Down) / (Left) / (Right) / (Enter) (Navigation D-Pad)
On screen menu navigation and selection.
In TV mode: Display and select programs on other channels while watching TV (Digital/Analog).
