Troubleshooting

The image transfer fails.

The following causes are possible. For details, consult the FTP server’s administrator.

  • You are using an active mode FTP server.
  • The FTP server's capacity is full.
  • You do not have write authority for the FTP server.
  • The FTP server is shut down.

The message “Could not verify the certificate. Continue connection?” appears.

The FTP server’s reliability cannot be verified. If you select [OK], the camera will start connecting.
