Turning your “WALKMAN” on and off
Turn on the power to start your Walkman. Turn off the power if you do not intend to use the Walkman for a long period.

- Turn off the power when you listen to music from another player on your Walkman.
Turning on your “WALKMAN”
Slide the POWER switch (

- Your Walkman consumes a small amount of battery power even when it is in standby mode.

If your Walkman is not operated for about 30 minutes, the OPR lamp turns off and the Walkman automatically enters standby mode. In standby mode, press the jog lever (
