You cannot take incoming calls properly.
- A Bluetooth connection may not have been made. Check that the pairing for making a Bluetooth connection is completed and the smartphone is connected to your Walkman.
- Do not cover the built-in microphone part with your hand.
- Check that your Walkman is turned on.
- Your Walkman cannot receive calls while it is connected to a computer or being charged.
