When using near a device that emits radio waves such as a mobile phone, move your Walkman away from the device.

The content such as music, etc. on your Walkman may be corrupted.
Connect your Walkman to a computer, use Media Go, Windows Explorer or Finder to delete the content in which noise occurs from the Walkman, and transfer the files again from the computer to the Walkman. Do not perform any other tasks on the computer when transferring tracks to the Walkman. Doing so may cause the data to corrupt.

If the headphone plug is dirty, wipe it clean with a soft dry cloth.

If your Walkman is connected to a Bluetooth audio device, check the connection status.
