The 4K Media Player does not detect the USB device connected to the 4K Media Player.

Make sure that the USB device is securely connected to the EXTRA HDD
(USB) port.
- Make sure that the connected USB device has been formatted.
- Make sure the USB device or cable is not damaged.
- Make sure the USB device is turned on.
- If the USB device is connected via a USB hub, connect the USB device directly to the 4K Media Player instead.

The EXTRA HDD (USB) port on the rear of the 4K Media Player is designed for connecting an external hard disk drive and the (USB) port on the front of the 4K Media Player is designed for connecting a 4K camcorder or USB flash drive. Connect the USB device to the correct USB port according to the type of device.
