关于语音指导

在出厂设置下，将耳机戴上双耳时，您会听见英语或中文的语音指导。

您可以使用“Sony | Sound Connect”应用程序更改语音指导的语言，打开/关闭语音指导，并设置语音指导音量。

“配对中”／“Pairing”

  • 进入配对模式时

“电池电量低”／“Low battery”

  • 当耳机的电池剩余电量低时

“请对耳机重新充电”／“Battery is empty”

  • 由于耳机的低电量而自动关闭时

“电池 约XX %”／“Battery about XX %” / “电池已充满”／“Battery fully charged”

  • 通知电池剩余电量时
    “XX”数值表示近似剩余电量。请将其作为粗略估计。

“语音引导测试”／“Voice guidance test”

  • 当设置语音指导音量时

“未连接Google Assistant”／“The Google Assistant is not connected” *

  • 即使操作触摸传感器控制面板，连接耳机的智能手机也无法使用Google™ Assistant时

*某些国家或地区可能不支持。

“腾讯小微未连接”／“The Xiaowei is not connected”

  • 即使操作触摸传感器控制面板，连接耳机的智能手机也无法使用腾讯小微时

““语音助手”不可用。请打开Sound Connect并检查“语音助手”设置。”／“The Voice Assistant is not available. Please open the Sound Connect and check the Voice Assistant settings.”

  • 以LE Audio连接期间操作语音助手时

“启动Sound Connect以激活服务链接。”／“Launch the Sound Connect to activate the Service Link.”

  • 当Quick Access因服务链接关闭而不可用时

“移动设备上分配给Quick Access的应用程序未启动”／“App assigned to the Quick Access is not launched on the mobile device”

  • 当Quick Access设置为NC/AMB（降噪/环境声模式）按钮时，即使按下NC/AMB（降噪/环境声模式）按钮，相应的应用程序也未启动

“Quick Access不可用。请打开Sound Connect并检查Quick Access设置。”／“The Quick Access is not available. Please open the Sound Connect and check the Quick Access settings.”

  • 以LE Audio连接期间操作Quick Access时

“[安全音量控制]功能可以限制音量。”／“The [Safe volume control] limits the volume.”

  • 当安全音量控制启动时

“抱歉，无法识别命令”／“Apologies, the command could not be recognized”

  • 当语音控制在识别唤醒词后无法识别命令时

“您移动设备上的语音助手没有响应。请检查您的设置。”／“The voice assistant on your mobile device is not responding. Please check your settings.”

  • 当语音控制识别出“助手”，但语音辅助功能未激活时

“麦克风关闭”／“Mic Off”

  • 在通话期间操作耳机关闭麦克风时

“麦克风开启”／“Mic On”

  • 在通话期间操作耳机打开麦克风时

“USB端口处检测到液体。请勿为耳机充电。”／“Liquid detected in the USB port. Do not charge the headset.”

  • 当USB Type-C端口检测到水分，且打开并佩戴耳机时
  • 当打开并佩戴耳机后在USB Type-C端口检测到水分时

“USB端口处检测到液体。电池电量低，但请勿为耳机充电。”／“Liquid detected in the USB port. Battery level is low, but do not charge the headset.”

  • 当打开并佩戴耳机期间，在USB Type-C端口检测到水分且电池剩余电量低时
  • 当在电池剩余电量低状态下在USB Type-C端口检测到水分，且打开并佩戴耳机时

“USB端口处未再检测到液体。可以开始为耳机充电。”／“Liquid no longer detected in the USB port. You can start charging the headset.”

  • 当打开并佩戴耳机且电池剩余电量低期间，在USB Type-C端口不再检测到水分且可以充电时

“充电已停止。如要恢复充电，请断开USB连接线，并等待一段时间后再重试。”／“Charging stopped. To resume charging, disconnect the USB cable and wait before trying again.”

  • 在充电期间使用耳机时发生充电异常或充电温度异常时

注意

  • 应用语音指导语言的更改需10分钟。
    视信号接收和其他条件而定，可能需要10分钟以上。
  • 更改语音指导语言后，如果将耳机初始化恢复至出厂设置，语言也将恢复至出厂设置。
  • 更改语音指导语言或更新软件后，如果无法听到语音指导，请关闭耳机后再打开。
