No voice from callers
- Check that both the audio receiver and the connected device are turned on.
- Turn up the volume of the audio receiver and the connected device.
- Check that output of the BLUETOOTH device is set for the audio receiver.
- Select an HFP or HSP BLUETOOTH connection by operating the BLUETOOTH device.
- If you are listening to music using the audio receiver, stop playback, press the multi-function button on the audio receiver and talk.
