• 即使按下耳機上的Google Assistant按鈕，連接耳機的智慧型手機仍無法使用Google Assistant時：“The Google Assistant is not connected”（未連接Google Assistant）
• 在軟體更新期間無法使用Google Assistant時：“The Google assistant is not available during update. Please wait a moment until the update completes.” (更新期間Google Assistant不可用。請等待直至更新完成。)
• 即使按下耳機上的Amazon Alexa按鈕，連接耳機的智慧型手機仍無法使用Amazon Alexa時：“Either your mobile device isn't connected; or you need to open the Alexa App and try again”（您的行動裝置未連接，或者您需要打開Alexa應用程式並重試）
