Sharing images by selecting in the List screen (Android)
On the thumbnail list screen in Selection mode, you can select images to share via various network services.
For details on the file format that can be uploaded, refer to the website of each network service.
- Tap and hold the thumbnail of an image to be shared.
- Tap
(*) - [Share].
A list of apps that can upload images is displayed.
* The [
] icon is not displayed on the screen of some Android devices. If the [] icon is not displayed on your screen, press the main menu button located outside of the screen. - Tap the name of the app to be used for uploading.
For information on how to use the app, refer to the help of the app.
Uploading starts when upload target files are photos only.
When a video is included in upload target files, proceed to the following steps.
- Select the image quality of videos to be shared.
- Select [Original] or [Converted].
- When [Converted] is selected and there are multiple converted videos, select [Higher Quality] or [Smaller Size].
If a video file not converted is found when [Converted] is selected, the process is canceled. Convert unconverted files in Converting video resolution (Android) or reselect target images in Image Selection (Android).
- Uploading starts.
Hint
- Depending on the number and type of images to be uploaded, apps that can upload those images varies. By selecting only one image, or the same type (photo or video), more apps become usable.
- Usable apps depend on the usage environment of your smartphone/tablet.
Note
- This function is not available when your smartphone/tablet is connected to the Internet.
