Power is turned on but PCS does not respond to any operations from PCS Manager.

  • PCS may not properly start up.

    Disconnect the AC adaptor and power cord from PCS and wall outlet, wait for more than 10 seconds, then reconnect them.

  • PCS and PCS Manager may not correctly connect to each other.

    Press and hold the RESET switch for more than five seconds using a pointed object to reset PCS, then set up the wireless LAN connection of the PCS again.

  • Disconnect the AC adaptor and power cord from PCS and wall outlet, then reconnect them. If the issue is not resolved, press and hold the RESET switch for more than five seconds using a pointed object to reset PCS.

Note

  • When you reset PCS, some settings (such as the network settings, the password for PCS and the device name) are also reset.
