The USB cable cannot be connected to this unit.
- The connection is made incorrectly. Note the different plugs on both ends of the USB cable, and connect the proper plug to each port.
- A USB cable with plugs that do not much the ports of this unit is used. Use the USB cable included with this unit.

When connecting iOS devices (*), use the dedicated cable included with your device.
*iOS device means iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, etc.
