Connecting a USB device
- Connect a USB cable (sold separately) to your USB device, as necessary.
The USB cable type differs depending on the USB device. For details, refer to the instruction manual of your USB device.
- Connect the USB device to the USB port of this unit.
- To connect the USB device via a USB cable
Plug the USB connector of the cable into the USB port of this unit.
- To connect a device with a USB plug (such as a USB flash drive)
Insert the device directly into the USB port of the unit.
- To connect the USB device via a USB cable
Note
- Do not use an extension cable to connect a device with a USB plug, such as USB flash drive, etc. Otherwise, it may cause a malfunction.
- Do not subject the connecting parts of the cable to excessive force. It may cause a malfunction.
- When connecting a USB device to be powered by this unit (via bus power), check the remaining battery level of the unit beforehand.
