This unit cannot be accessed via wireless LAN.

  • Make sure that the unit is not in power feeding mode. In power feeding mode, the power feeding indicator lamp lights, while the wireless LAN indicator lamp does not light. You can switch to wireless LAN mode by pressing the (Power) button for 0.5 to 1 second.
  • Make sure that the Wi-Fi setting of your device is turned on. If it is not, turn it on, then use the device.
  • Make sure that the correct SSID is selected. If you do not know the SSID, press and hold the reset switch for over 10 seconds to restore the factory default settings. In this case, select "WG-C20-xxxxxx" (""xxxxxx" refers to the last 6 digits of the MAC address).
