Terminating the Party Connect function

To terminate all connections and exit the Party Connect function

On the speaker with the lit(BLUETOOTH) indicator (the speaker set up as the first one), press and hold the PARTY CONNECT button until you hear a beep and the PARTY CONNECT indicator turns off.

  • Connecting an audio device, such as a portable audio device, to the AUDIO IN jack on the speaker with the lit(BLUETOOTH) indicator (the speaker set up as the first one) automatically places the speaker into AUDIO IN mode and terminates the Party Connect function.

To terminate only 1 speaker

On a speaker where you want to terminate the Party Connect function (a speaker set up as the second or subsequent one), press and hold the PARTY CONNECT button until you hear a beep and the PARTY CONNECT indicator turns off.

  • Connecting a USB device or an audio device, such as a portable audio device, to the PLAY/CHARGE port (USB1) or to the AUDIO IN jack on a speaker where you want to terminate the Party Connect function (a speaker set up as the second or subsequent one) automatically places the speaker into USB mode or into AUDIO IN mode and terminates the Party Connect function on that particular speaker.
