You cannot hear sound from the connected smartphone.
- With some smartphones, the volume cannot be controlled by the device. Turn up the volume on the smartphone.
- Check that music is being played back on the music player application on the smartphone.
- Check that the pairing for making a Bluetooth connection is completed and the smartphone is connected to the device.
- When the device is in Device mode, you cannot listen to music on your smartphone, even when the device and smartphone are connected by Bluetooth. Change the sound source setting to Streaming mode.
- If you cannot hear a voice memo, check that the device and your smartphone are connected by Bluetooth, and switch the device to Streaming mode.
