Freeing up space on the internal storage
If the device starts to slow down, or apps suddenly shut down, freeing up space on the internal storage may solve the problem.
Delete folders or files and uninstall apps that you are not using to free up space.
- Find and tap as follows.
[Settings] > [Storage] - Tap the following.
[Free up space]-
The following screen will appear in the Files app.

Tap one of the following to open the main screen of the Files app.

(Arrow) in the upper left of the screen

Delete folders or files or uninstall apps.

To delete folders or files, tap the internal storage folder, and then tap the following icon next to a folder name or file name.

To uninstall apps, tap the apps folder, and then tap the following icon next to an app name.

You can free up storage space by deleting files in the Trash. Display the Trash as follows, and then select unnecessary files and delete them.
[Settings] > [Storage] > [Trash]
