If you previously pair your camera and PCS using a USB cable, you can later copy new images from the camera to PCS via a wireless LAN router.

Make sure that your camera is compatible.

To enable wireless image copy from the camera to PCS, pair the camera and PCS.

Connect PCS to a wireless LAN router.

On the camera, register the wireless LAN router as the access point.

For details, refer to the instruction manual of the camera.

Select "Save to PC" on the camera screen. For details on the operation of the camera, refer to the instruction manual of the camera.
If new images are on the camera, copy starts.
After copy starts, a message such as "Copying" appears on the camera screen and the illumination LED of PCS starts blinking.
After copy is complete, copied images are displayed in the list screen of PCS Manager.
In the event of a copy failure, the illumination LED of PCS blinks red and an error message will be displayed on PCS Manager.

An image already copied from another device will not be copied again from the current device.
Copy will not start if there is not enough free memory space on PCS. For information on how to check the available free space on PCS, see Viewing information of PCS.
Depending on the camera, copy may not be possible while charging a battery or when no memory card is inserted. Refer to the instruction manual of the camera.
If PCS Manager encounters any of the following situations, copy from the camera cannot be started.
A message such as "Network error occurred" or "Cannot connect to the backup destination PC" appears on the camera screen.
- Copy from a camera not paired with PCS was attempted.
  See Pairing with a Wi-Fi enabled camera and pair the camera and PCS.
- PCS is storing or deleting images, converting video resolution, outputting signal via HDMI, etc.
  Try again after the processing ends.
- PCS Manager is connected to PCS, and it is preparing to store/delete images or opening the setting screen.
  Try again after the processing ends.
- Another camera is copying images to PCS via Wi-Fi.
  Try again after the processing ends.

"New images" refer to images on a device that have not been copied to PCS yet. It has no relationship with shooting date.
PCS Manager can be used even when copying images wirelessly from the camera to PCS. However, the add/delete/modify operations, such as "Copy to PCS" or "Setting", cannot be used during the copy process.
(The message [Writing Process in Progress] will be displayed on PCS Manager.)

Perform the desired operation on PCS Manager after the copy from the camera is complete.
