Portable Wireless ServerWG-C20

I connected my smartphone to the unit using One-touch functions (NFC), but cannot access the application page of File Manager.

  • Make sure that the One-touch functions on this unit are turned on.
  • Make sure that the NFC function of your device is turned on.
  • Some devices running Android OS 4.1.1/4.1.2 may not function properly with the One-touch functions. In this case, it may be solved by Android OS update.
  • If your device is in a case, remove it.
  • The screen of your device may be locked. In that case, release the lock.
  • Make sure that this unit is in wireless LAN mode. See Switching to power feeding mode.
