Using the RESET button
If the speaker cannot be operated despite being turned on, open the cap on the rear side and push the RESET button with a pin or other pointed object. The speaker is reset and turns off and on automatically.
If you cannot operate the speaker after resetting it, consult your nearest Sony dealer.
Note
- The speaker cannot be reset while the power is off.
- Pairing information is not deleted by pushing the RESET button. This is different from the speaker initialization.
- After resetting the speaker, the volume and function settings may be different.
- After resetting the speaker, be sure to close the cap completely with the
mark facing up.
